THE HORSES
Horses are intelligent, social animals who form deep bonds with both people and other horses. Many of the horses here came from situations of neglect, abandonment, or misunderstanding. Today, they call the sanctuary home and spend their days grazing, exploring, and building trust again.

Horses can recognize human emotions and often mirror the energy of the people around them.
How We Care for Them
Our horses receive regular veterinary care, hoof trimming, proper nutrition, and space to move freely. Some are not rideable due to past trauma or health conditions, but they still live full, meaningful lives as companions.
Why They’re Here
Many horses arrive underweight, injured, or from situations where they were no longer wanted. Rehabilitation takes time, patience, and consistency.
