Join us today as we welcome 35 rescued birds to Winding Branch Ranch. Volunteers ages 16+ are needed between 3–7 PM to help facilitate adoption and foster appointments. A hands-on way to make an immediate impact for animals in need.

Emergency Bird Rescue Volunteer Opportunity
Today, Winding Branch Ranch will assist Animal Care Services with the arrival of 35 rescued birds, including 29 chickens, 5 ducks, and 1 goose. These birds will be transported to the sanctuary between 2:00 and 4:00 PM, and we have arranged adoption and foster appointments throughout the afternoon.
We are seeking dedicated volunteers ages 16 and up to join us anytime between 3:00 and 7:00 PM. Volunteers will help greet adopters, guide them through the appointment process, support safe animal handling, and ensure a smooth, compassionate transition for each bird.
This is an impactful, same-day opportunity to get involved and support our mission of rescue, revival, and rehoming.
