Join us at Winding Branch Ranch for a free community sound bath and guided meditation experience. This restorative morning is designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your peace, while surrounded by the gentle presence of rescued farm animals.
Led by Jenna Annas with Happy Hope Wellness, this session will offer:
