Participation Waiver

Please fill out one form for each adult. You can include children in one of the guardians waivers. THIS IS NOT A TICKET. YOU MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY FOR EACH EVENT.

I acknowledge, understand, and accept that as part of my participation in any and all activities at “Winding Branch Ranch” (company, organization, WBR) that there are dangers, hazards, and inherent risks to which I may be exposed, including but not limited to the risks of serious physical injury, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic and property loss. I promise not to hold the company, its officers, agents, or employees liable or pursue legal action against them.

This waiver absolves the organization of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before, during, or after the activity. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold the organization its officers, agents, or employees completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries sustained or damage to property, regardless of the cause or circumstances. I hereby attest that my attendance and involvement in the activity is voluntary, that I am participating at my own risk, and that I have read the terms and conditions to this release. 

I grant Winding Branch Ranch, its assigns and successors, my consent and full right to use my name, photograph, likeness, voice in any and all media, publications, advertising, and publicity in connection with my participation hereunder.

I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AN AGRITOURISM ENTITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO OR DEATH OF AN AGRITOURISM PARTICIPANT RESULTING FROM AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE ACCEPTED ALL RISK OF INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND OTHER LOSS THAT MAY RESULT FROM AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES.

UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), A FARM ANIMAL PROFESSIONAL OR FARM OWNER OR LESSEE IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING AN EMPLOYEE OR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES.
